Mr. Unseld is an experienced project manager of ECfunded programmes in Latin America and China. He has expert knowledge in international project management notably in adult education and the use of e-learning and e-tools for supporting the implementation of international projects. Stefan has worked on the promotion of exchange of experience and best practice between the European Union and non EUcountries. He has designed numerous training courses, seminars and study tours in Europe, Latin America and China working with stakeholders from both the public and private sector. As a member of GIZ’s Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) he is part of an academic institution with a vast portfolio in the area of adult education.
Ms. Redondo has over 15 years’ experience in humanitarian and post-war contexts with in-depth knowledge of complex emergencies. A researcher and trainer in conflict sensitive programming and post-conflict reconstruction she has been head of the Post-Conflict Peace-Building programme at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). She has developed capacity development programs for project monitoring in conflict affected areas in the Philippines and for the civilian oversight of the security sector in Palestine. Gema has worked with and alongside a range of organizations including donors, UN agencies, NGOs, civil society organizations and local government officials. Her most recent work has been assisting with the coordination of the district response to the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone.
Mr. Garcia Prieto is an experienced journalist and communicator. He has a good knowledge in the EU institutions and EU funded projects visibility. Mateo has worked in the domains of election observation and human rights, energy for development and now, crisis response. He has worked on the visibility and communication in numerous European Union projects. As a journalist he has experience as EU correspondent in Brussels, as well as experience in the MENA region.
